I was reading the paper this morning about the shooting in Connecticut and crying. I do not understand why someone would do such a horrible thing. I am grateful for the Plan of Salvation and that God saves all children -that all those who were hewn down by evil are now in God's arms, but I am so sad for those that are left behind to mourn them. Know that we cry with you and our prayers are for you, that your hearts may be healed and comforted at this time of great loss. It is a day beyond words when parents must burry their children.
A scripture comes to mind at this time: "And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened." Matthew 24:22 KJV
I pray that these days may be shortened and that the Second Coming will come soon. The signs of the times are so rampant and it breaks my heart to hear of so much heartache and pain. I am sorry for your loss.
